Workplan

This is a draft app only and still in testing
Workplan is a Power BI app designed to enable monitoring of team performance. It provides an overview of:
- Contact volumes per week, by contract and staff member
- Performance against target based on 'meaningful contact' volumes
- Tracking of team caseloads across a year.
The app is intended to support a broader 'workplan' process where teams are identifying performance targets.
Configuration[edit | edit source]
The app is published directly to the GM and Quality lead only.
Note that agreed targets are implemented as conditional formatting in Power BI and implemented in each contracts table. This means that the configured target is 'hard-coded' and applies no matter which level of the table is currently being viewed (e.g. at team, contract or staff level).
Technical information[edit | edit source]
Data is sourced directly from the Aiga CMS, and uses the Power BI gateway on CL1KPAAPP02 to refresh at ~6pm each day.
Following cutover of Health team onto Indici (around January 2024), Health team contacts are also being sourced from Indici.
Issues[edit | edit source]
Now that Whanau ora team (and some others) are shifting over to Kotahi, work is required to add that activity data in so that workplan data for migrated services can also be viewed.
