Aiga PBI

Aiga PBI is a Power BI app designed to show key information from the Aiga CMS. It features data on a few key areas:
- Referrals
- Contacts
- Time between referral allocation and first contact
- Monthly averages
- Contact categorisation (direct/indirect, successful/unsuccessful etc)
- Days since last contact
- Exits
Configuration[edit | edit source]
The app is published to the 'PBIAiga' mail-enabled security group, which consists of leadership team members and team leads. Broader organisational access is not yet enabled due to Power BI licence costs.
Technical information[edit | edit source]
The Aiga CMS uses a SQL Server Express database on CL1KPAAPP02. This machine also hosts a Power BI gateway which is used to connect and refresh the data on a schedule.
