Clinic is a Power BI app designed to provide key operational and clinical insights. It offers an overview of patient appointments, clinical outcomes, and other relevant metrics to support decision-making and improve patient care.
The app includes the following pages:
- Overview - overview of patient demographics
- Appointment detail
- Consultation details
- Vaccination Details
Key Filters[edit | edit source]
- HadVaccine – Filters consultations where a vaccine is involved.
- Inserted by – Primarily relevant on the Vaccinations page. Allows filtering by the staff member who administered each vaccination.
- NHI – Filters records by the National Health Index (NHI) number. By default, excludes the test NHI ZZZ0121.
- Provider – Filters records based on the healthcare provider administering the vaccination. By default, excludes external providers.
- Appt date – Filters records based on the scheduled appointment date.
- Administration time – Filters records based on the time the immunisation was administered.

The app is published directly to team leads and the management team.
