GM Board Report is a bimonthly report for the GM to use in Board reporting. It summarises operational activity within the teams, drawn mainly from the Workplan app. This is currently a manual process, including some narrative but it could be partially automated in future.
Structure[edit | edit source]
The report is structured as follows:
- Overview
- By team
- Time series/overview of meaningful contacts by contract/service.
- Proportion of meaningful contacts per team/service.
- Workplan highlight
- Identify which teams are meeting workplan targets[3] over time.
- Highlight staff members consistently meeting targets.
- Carefully note caveat that the app does not consider leave, sickness or availability and is therefore just a guide.

- ↑ Note that ethnicity recording in Aiga is very poor and not consistent in Indici. Also, this measure is important to monitor where we are serving more Pacific families vs other contracts/services.
- ↑ Note there are 'minimum' contract targets, and higher 'KPT' targets.
