Community Day Programme

Background

Community Day Programme is a contract/service provided by KPT.

At the current time, all contact data for this service is being recorded exclusively in Kotahi and therefore reporting data must be sourced from there too.

Reporting

Funder reporting is required monthly, on the 20th of each month.

The report template is exactly the same as that for Mental health expansion, please refer to that page (especially section Getting the data).

There is also reporting that is needed from Finance team which relates to funded CDP attendees - this can be extracted from <nl> the [Kotahi PBI] app.
