Editing Smokefree Report

==Background==
Smokefree contract reporting is required quarterly to the funder, Te Whatu Ora.

It provides some basic contact numbers, alongside narrative for health promotion events.

==Data sources==
The Smokefree team are using [[Aiga]] exclusively for clients at the current time, so all data can be sourced via the [[Aiga PBI]] app.

==Configuration==

The Aiga app is available only to team leads and management at present. We should consider giving Smokefree team direct access, although since reporting is only quarterly it may be easier to supply data extracts from the app or from the database.

==Requirements==
Data required for this report is:

# Client ethnicity. Counts of current clients during the report period, by ethnicity.<ref>Note: this appears to be any active client, rather than new starts during the report period.</ref><ref>Clients active during a given time period is not actually available with the app currently - this needs to be developed.</ref>
# Contact summary. Count of contact types during the report period.
