Editing Pinnacle data

==Background==
As part of the [[Pasifika health]] dataset project, Pinnacle have been supplying in-scope data to K'aute.


==Supplied data==
The following files are made available:

===childhood_imms_milestone_status===
Summarised patient-level imms status for milestone ages 8m, 12m, 24m, 5y. For each milestone a bool indicates:
* Has the milestone age been reached
* Have all requirements been met for that milestone
* Is there a decline ever recorded<ref>Intended to be used for broad indications around decline rates.</ref>

===chronic_disease_management===
Records following measures for each patient:
* Ever had a CVD event<ref>Based on diagnosis for stroke or MI.</ref>
* Does pt have a CVRA within last 5 years
* If so, what % risk group was recorded
* Has pt been prescribed triple therapy during this period?<ref>Based on 3 prescribings for each drug group during prior 12 months.</ref>
* Diabetes diagnosis
* Most recent HbA1c result
* Has pt had retinal screening in last 2 years
* Has pt been prescribed GLP1RA/SGLT2 or metformin.

===ed_events===
Quarterly summary of ED visits, separated by triage group, for each patient.

===flu_status===
Date of most recent flu vaccination, with record of decline.

===ip_events===
Summarises count of ASH events with LOS for each quarter per patient.

===mmr_status===
Date of most recent MMR recorded per patient, along with indication of coverage (Partial or complete). Note - this dataset is for people of any age, distinct from the childhood imms data.

===patients===
Deidentified base data set for patients. Includes the following items:
* Hashed identifier (for linking)
* Ethnicity
* SA2
* Age group
* CSC/HUHC

===screening_cx===
Latest cervical screening status of female patients.

===utilisation===
Summarises primary care utilisation for each patient, showing the following:
* Count of consults for period
* Count of after hours consults
* Count of consults at a Pinnacle practice that was not at their enrolled medical centre ('out of practice').

Summary of datasets received to date:<ref>Note this is just a count of records in the 'patients' dataset. Total rows in other datasets may vary considerably.</ref>

==Implementation==
Pinnacle refresh agreed datasets on a quarterly basis, after their own quarterly reporting process has completed.

Datasets for K'aute are placed in <code>s3://data-station-kaute/</code> with a prefix of <code>pickup</code>. Files are then stored in subfolders with a date key.
Only programmatic access has been provided to access this endpoint, and access is further restricted by IP address.<ref>Only K'aute main office IP address is permitted</ref>
