==Background==
This article aims to specify dates that teams/services/contracts are cutover to [[Kotahi]] from [[Aiga]]. Only clients which are current ''at the time of cutover'' are migrated to Kotahi, so this information is vital to understand where client information and contact history can be found if necessary.

This is important for retention of data, audit, and general interest purposes.

==Scope of cutover==
For clarification, the above cutover date indicates that:
* For that service, all current clients as at the cutover date are migrated to Kotahi.
* From the cutover date, '''all new contact activity of any kind will be recorded only in Kotahi'''.
* Migrated clients are tagged with <code>Aiga</code> tag to flag that contact history is available only in Aiga, until the old notes for in-scope clients have ''also'' been migrated.<ref>On successful completion of notes migration, this tag will be removed.</ref>
* New clients in that service following the cutover date will not be visible in Aiga at all, where <code>Referral cutover = Y</code> in above table.
