==Background== Aiga PBI is a [[Power BI]] app designed to show key information from the [[Aiga]] CMS. It features data on a few key areas: * Referrals * Contacts ** Time between referral allocation and first contact ** Monthly averages ** Contact categorisation (direct/indirect, successful/unsuccessful etc) ** Days since last contact * Exits ==Configuration== The app is published to the 'PBIAiga' mail-enabled security group, which consists of leadership team members and team leads. Broader organisational access is not yet enabled due to Power BI licence costs. ==Technical information== The Aiga CMS uses a SQL Server Express database on <code>CL1KPAAPP02</code>. This machine also hosts a Power BI gateway which is used to connect and refresh the data on a schedule. [[Category:Apps]]
