==Technical information== Reception call data is manually captured in Excel. This data has been separated into yearly files and stored/accessed in SharePoint. As noted above, being able to rely on the manually entered data in Excel required a review of the setup/organisation of the file and how data is entered. The app connects directly to the Excel file online using 'Web' access in Power BI, and currently uses named user OAuth credentials. '''This should be updated to a service account when feasible'''. Power BI is scheduled to refresh three times per day so that current information is always available for reporting and monitoring.
