==Background== Pasifika Health is a [[Power BI]] app designed to show population health information received by external providers. This data was envisioned as a key part of model of care and digital platform development in order to: # Understand equity and access issues in more depth, and # Use on an ongoing basis for quality improvement and programme evaluation. It provides an overview of the following data: * Pasifika people resident in Te Manawa Taki region (including unenrolled people via HSU.<ref>See https://www.stats.govt.nz/reports/review-of-health-service-user-population-methodology</ref> This incorporates some demographic detail, but is pseudonymised (eg. age group, and SA2). * Primary care enrolments from NES.<ref>See https://www.tewhatuora.govt.nz/our-health-system/claims-provider-payments-and-entitlements/national-enrolment-service/</ref> * Inpatient data at patient-level, including length of stay, diagnosis and procedure detail. This is derived from NMDS.<ref>https://www.tewhatuora.govt.nz/our-health-system/data-and-statistics/nz-health-statistics/national-collections-and-surveys/collections/national-minimum-dataset-hospital-events/</ref> * Community pharmacy dispensing, including drug type, chemical name. This is derived from the Pharms national collection.<ref>https://www.tewhatuora.govt.nz/our-health-system/data-and-statistics/nz-health-statistics/national-collections-and-surveys/collections/pharmaceutical-collection/</ref> * Outpatient data at patient-level.
