==Background== Admin is a [[Power BI]] app designed to show key information for the [[K'aute Pasifika]] reception team. It provides an overview of the following data: * Phone call volumes * Call duration / average duration * Category of calls, both inbound/outbound * Overview of calls by time of day * Representation of raw data for reference/audit. The app was published in October 2023, at which time a modification of the data entry/capture process was also implemented.
